Sweatcamps are an excellent way to train like Celebrities with current, different and effective equipment. I use Kettle Bells, Boxing, Suspension Training, Power bags, Medicine Balls and weight bearing exercises. High intensity circuits create the ideal environment for fat burning , strengthening and endurance. Work up a sweat with like minded people whilst gaining strength and endurance. All equipment, water and post workout snacks are provided, just turn up ready to sweat! Classes are 1 hour long and suitable for most levels.
