Personal Training

Everybody is unique and so will be your Personal Training plan. An initial assessment including body analysis will identify your goals and abilities. I use different equipment for each session such as Kettle Bells, Boxing gloves and pads, Suspension Trainer, Medicine Balls and Balance balls. Circuits, weight bearing exercise and strengthening work will help you achieve your objectives. Nutritional advice is available to assist you accomplish optimal results through your diet combined with your exercise plan. Training is available at your home, workplace or park at a time that is convenient to you. Why not use a lunchtime in your working day to train at your local park and spare more time for family and friends out of working hours?

 

Small Group Training

Group training is for between 2 - 4 people and is ideal for couples or friends that like to work out together and encourage each other. An initial assessment including body analysis is completed for each client to assess their goals.All equipment is bought to you for a fun, energetic session either at your home, workplace or park. A more economical way to personal train as the cost is split between each client.Perfect for Brides to be to exercise with Mums, Maids of Honour or Bridesmaids. Great for friends and couples wanting to get beach fit for a special holiday. Nutritional support is available for all clients.

 

Sweatcamp

These are larger group classes held mainly indoors in the winter months. They comprise of a circuit style class using kettle bells, Boxing, Suspension trainer, Power bags, Medicine balls and weight bearing exercises.  A great opportunity to train hard with like minded people in an energy filled environment. High intensity moves create a haven for fat burning, strengthening and endurance. All equipment, water and post workout snacks provided.
